All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**We ship DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid) and do not collect duties/taxes on international shipments. The receiver of the shipment is responsible for paying duties. If duties or taxes are due, you will get contacted directly by the carrier or customs, and the package won’t get delivered until the charges are settled.
